This research, which is supported by NSFC, involves several algorithms on resource management in heterogeneous networks integration. The network selection problem in heterogeneous networks convergence can be formulated as a bipartite graph. The network selection algorithm based on weighted optimal bipartite graph is presented in order to maximize the match between access requests and available networks.
